We have been in Yosemite National Park since Wed. night. My cell internet access would not work in the Park so we are using the WI FI at the Lodge. Having a great time. Wed. night we stayed in park campground far from the main attractions in the Yosemite valley. Thursday drove another 70 or so miles to the valley and got on a list for the main campgrounds there. Our name was called at 3 pm and we got a site. No electric but we had a site. Today we drove to Glacier point. The scenery was awsome, views of half dome, water falls and valley below. Today we got on a list again, and luckily got a site again. We caught the shuttle to the Lodge which is where we are now. Here are a few of the many pics we took.

Wow, the half dome is gorgeous, just like I thought it would look like. It goes to show that John Muir was right about the preservation of this wonderful park. Hope to get out there. Have it on my bucket list.
