Day 22 Oregon coast

This morning I walked down the beach collecting sand dollars (special sea shells). I found about 30. They will probably be all broke before we get them home. We walked .75 mile to the Cape Disappointment lighthouse at the far southwest corner of Washington. We then crossed over the Columbia River bridge into Oregon. We drove down the coast along the ocean. The scenery was fantastic. Tonight we are camped at an Oregon state park (Nehalem state park). The lighthouse picture of a lighthouse on a rock in the ocean is Tillamook Lighthouse (nicknamed Terrible Tilley). It is no longer a lighthouse, it has become a place to send your ashes.
